The room itself (furnished, with your choice of AC or Non-AC), attached washroom, wardrobe space, WiFi, CCTV security, use of the gym and dining hall, and access to the washing machine and refrigerator on your floor.
Homely meals are served in our spacious dining hall, and residents who'd rather cook for themselves can use the self-cooking option instead. Ask our team about current food plans and charges when you enquire.
A refundable security deposit is collected at move-in, as is standard with most PG accommodation. Our team will share the current amount and terms when you book a visit or enquire by phone or WhatsApp.
If a room of your preferred sharing type becomes available, our management team can help you move — just raise a request with them directly.
Standard government ID proof and a passport-sized photo are typically required. Our team will confirm the exact list when you schedule your move-in.
